Samsung washing machine repair
Samsung front load machines, including EcoBubble and AddWash models, are reliable but have a few faults we see again and again. Most are shown as a code on the display, which makes diagnosis faster.

Samsung fridge repair
Samsung twin-cooling and no-frost fridges are popular in Dubai. The most common faults we repair are:
- Ice build-up behind the freezer back panel, which blocks airflow and stops the fridge section from cooling. Usually a defrost heater, sensor or drain problem.
- Fan errors such as 21E or 22E when an evaporator fan motor is blocked by ice or has failed.
- Ice maker freezing up or the dispenser not giving water.
- Fridge not cooling at all, which can be a compressor relay, inverter board or gas leak.
- “OF OF” on the display means demo or cooling-off mode is on. This is a setting, not a fault, and can usually be switched off from the control panel.
