The AED 75 home inspection
Every FixQara visit starts with a home inspection for AED 75. This covers:
- The technician's visit to your home anywhere in Dubai
- Full diagnosis of the fault, including testing parts and reading error codes
- A clear explanation of what has failed, in plain words
- A full repair price, including parts and labour, before any work starts
If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you only pay the AED 75 inspection. There is no other charge.
How the repair price is calculated
Every fault is different, so we don't publish a fixed price list for repairs. The final price depends on:

| The part that has failed | A door seal costs far less than a compressor or control board. |
| Your appliance's brand and model | Parts for premium built-in appliances cost more than for standard models. |
| Time needed | Removing an integrated dishwasher or opening a sealed fridge system takes longer. |
| Part availability | Most common parts are in our van or Al Qusais workshop; special parts may need ordering. |
Whatever the repair, you will know the full price before we start, and nothing is added later without your approval.
1-year warranty included
Every spare part we install comes with a 1-year warranty. If the part fails under normal use within 12 months, we replace it free of charge. Read the full warranty policy.
